Can I update wedding details after forwarding on WhatsApp?
Yes! That is one of the biggest benefits over printed PDF cards. If timings change or the venue hall shifts, update it in your editor and the exact same link will immediately reflect the latest information for all guests.
Will elderly relatives find it easy to use?
Yes. There is no app to download, no password, and no login. In addition, guests can tap “बड़े अक्षर / Larger text” to instantly increase font size for comfortable reading.
How does per-function headcount help our caterer?
Most families overpay caterers because they don't know how many guests are attending which function. With KnotPatrika, guests RSVP per function (e.g. Haldi: 40 pax, Sangeet: 140 pax, Shaadi: 320 pax), so you only order food for confirmed guests.
How do video invites work, and how do I download one?

How long is our guest data stored?
We believe in privacy first. All guest phone numbers and messages are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 90 days after the final wedding function.
